Labor dispute can potentially destroy your company unless handled properly. Our SRT (Strike Response Team) is on standby to respond to problems 24 hours per day. The teams are comprised of the following:

Documentation Agents record all aspects of strike line misconduct with written reports photographic/video-graphic records and evidence collections. These experts work closely with your labor attorneys to provide all necessary documentation for injunctive relief. If necessary we can assist with prosecution of those detected in criminal misconduct. We strive to maintain a constant record of all activities during the labor dispute.

Close Personal Protection Specialist insure the safety of your key personnel, while they keep you operation running. They also assist family members left at home to allow your managers to concentrate on the job.

Prior to a labor dispute it is essential that a security survey is conducted and all recommendations become of a part of the master strike plan. An on site review should be conducted as far in advance as possible. We are ready to come to your facility on a moments notice to assist you in your preplanning needs.

At the client’s request, we are able to handle all logistical support during a labor dispute. Our project managers locate housing, both off site and on site, establish on site catering, and coordinate temporary replacement workers, common carriers, vendors, and maintenance contractors. Whatever the need may be, we can provide the service. This allows our client to focus on the important things like negotiations and running the faculty.

All members of our SRT undergo ongoing training to insure that all applicable laws, both criminal and labor, are followed. Each member undergoes a full background investigation to include updated criminal checks and drug testing.
