Felony and misdemeanor searches are conducted at both the Federal and State Court levels. Results will include offense type, date of offense, case number, and final disposition. Local law enforcement agency’s records are reviewed for additional details when appropriate.

A criminal record may not be an automatic disqualifier for new hires, but this type of information is one of the most important aspects of selecting a new employee. Information of a criminal background can add to the understanding of an applicant’s character and his/her potential for violence.

Our investigators conduct statewide criminal searches where applicable of municipal, county, and state courts. Searches of Federal courts are also available. For multiple addresses over a five year period, we recommend conducting searches in the previous locations as well.
